Donut Apples

Ballyknocken letter B

Makes about 8 to 10

2 of your favourite apples
3 tbsp almond nut butter
4 tbsp finely chopped chocolate or use your favourite sprinkles

Slice the apples in ½ cm slices.
Use a small cutter to press out the centre – taking out the core.
Neatly spread over the nut butter.
Sprinkle over chopped chocolate or sprinkles whichever you are using.
Serve immediately.
