Festive Cheese Board

Guideline for assembling

3 cheeses: I used Cooleeny, Truly Grass Fed Cheddar & Goats Cheese
A bunch of seedless red grapes
Slices of orange or half clementine
3 sprigs of rosemary
Small bowl of honey
12 dried apricot halves
3 tbsp dried cranberries
1 red apple, sliced
3 tbsp walnuts or pecans
Honey in a small bowl
Crackers, flatbread, crispbread

Add on for Christmas: dried cranberries, fig slices, holly sprigs and cinnamon sticks and bay leaves

Place the cheeses are 2 o’clock, 5 o’clock and 8 o’clock on the board. Slice one half of a cheese and arrange the slices.
Add 3 bunches of grapes near the cheeses.
Place the honey in a small bowl just off centre
Arrange the crackers /biscuits in a curved shape on 2 sides of the board
Add the dried apricots and nuts in small piles in between
Arrange the clementine halves and the slices of apple, skin showing near the cheeses.
Add the sprigs of rosemary and thyme
Sprinkle over some dried cranberries.
