Immerse yourself in a unique culinary workshop that celebrates this iconic Irish ingredient. Under the expert guidance of our team, discover how Guinness elevates classic dishes and learn the techniques behind creating a full lunch or dinner built around one of Ireland’s most cherished beverages. Throughout the cookery experience, you’ll prepare a rich Guinness Soda Bread, a hearty Beef in Guinness Stew with Roasted Root Vegetables & Ballyknocken Herb Mash and an indulgent Guinness Sticky Toffee Pudding, combining traditional farmhouse flavours with contemporary culinary flair.

This hands-on experience takes place in the heart of our award-winning Ballyknocken Cookery School, where seasonal, locally sourced produce and generational family recipes come together to inspire and delight.

At the end of the workshop, participants gather to savour the meal they have crafted, transforming newfound skills into memorable flavours around the table, the perfect way to share great food, stories and laughter in a beautiful setting.

Rate: Group rate of €1,880 for up to 10 people and €188 for every additional person thereafter
