Makes 1
60g 70% chocolate, broken into pieces
200ml milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 star anise
Soft brown sugar, to taste
White mini marshmallows
3 to 4 frosted cranberries
Place the chocolate, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and star anise into a saucepan and gently heat. Keep stirring until the chocolate has melted.
Add the sugar to taste.
Pour into pretty glasses or mugs.
Fill the top with mini marshmallows and add a few frosted cranberries.
To frost the cranberries, brush cranberries with water and dust with caster sugar. Leave to dry.
