Makes 1

100ml cranberry juice
½ tsp caster sugar
2 tbsp orange liqueur

3 to 4 ice cubes
1 slice of orange
3 cranberries threaded onto a rosemary sprig, to decorate

Decorate the glass by rubbing the rim with a wedge of orange and dipping it into sugar.
Leave it to dry.
Add the orange liqueur and sugar and stir well.
Add the ice, orange slice and pour in the cranberry juice.
Place the cranberries threaded onto a rosemary sprig on top
