Pear and Christmas Pudding Sundaes

Makes 2

2 poached pears in red wine
2 thick slices of Christmas pudding
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
50g melted chocolate
Sprinkles

Slice the pears into thin wedges. Reserve some of the poaching syrup.
Crumble the pudding into bite size pieces.
To assemble, have to sundae glasses ready.
Add some Christmas pudding to each glass in first.
Add a few slices of pears and some of the poaching liquid
Add scoops of ice cream
Spoon over the melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
