How do I make a booking?
You can look at our cookery class calendar to review all classes available and make your booking from there. You can also complete the enquiry form on our website, email us info@ballyknocken.com or telephone us on +353 404 44627 during office hours Monday to Friday.
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING USING MY VOUCHER?
When making your booking simply input your gift voucher code which is found on the top of your voucher at checkout to redeem and complete your booking. You may be prompted to pay a rate increase on an experiential voucher as prices and taxes naturally will increase over the 5 year validity of the voucher.
How long is my voucher valid for?
The monetary purchase value of your gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue, thereafter it expires. Prices and taxes for this offering naturally will increase over this time and you simply pay the difference in order to enjoy this experience anytime during the 5 years.
I purchased an e-voucher but I have not received it?
When you purchase a voucher from the website, the e-voucher is automatically sent by email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam email before contacting us.
