Are you curious about cooking flavourful fish? And would you like more vegetable-based meals at home? Well, this cookery class is full of delicious, seasonal recipes packed with freshness. We use what is best in season and from our garden with super TASTY results!
You will learn how to prepare fish by skinning and pinning; how to pan fry fish to perfection, work with squid, manage mussels plus delicious, colourful on-trend vegetable based main dishes where we also get to hone our knife skills.

Curried Mussel Soup with Crusty Bread
Fillet of seabass with Ginger Mango Salsa
Fragrant Squid Risotto
Kale Pesto Sweet Potato Pasta Bake
Aubergine & Tomato Bake with Saffron Custard
Cauliflower Pizza with Roasted Butternut Squash, Dill and Feta
