Autumn a time of abundance in harvest, is also a time to stock up for the winter. The gardens are overflowing with bounty and now is the time to make relishes and preserves. We are proud to introduce an amazing Wicklow producer, The Birds and The Teas. Olive will share her passion for preserves and chutney making, giving you insightful tips. Then it’s aprons on and taking influence from our kitchen garden, we all make our own relish to take home. We also learn how to make delicious cheese biscuits and cinnamon apple crisps.
We finish with a glass of wine and a tasting of award winning Wicklow Farmhouse cheese from John Hempenstall’s farm at Curranstown, paired with Olives relishes and some delicious homemade cheese biscuits.
