This versatile and informative fun course promises to simplify impressive home entertaining.  The course is packed with tips and guidelines for catering for crowds, we share our experiences with guidelines on food quantities, menu balance, dietary requirements, recipes and timings   

Hot and cold buffet; there are delicious recipes including a very impressive Dreamy Chocolate Meringue Tower, a  Goats Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Tart with Melon & Feta Salad as well as crowd pleasing, easily multipliable mains such as the Ultimate Chicken Korma with Saffron Rice and Poached Sides of Salmon with Tarragon Cream.
