Some recipes that are covered are Spiced Duck with Plum and Orange Sauce; Moroccan Chicken with Almonds; Coriander, Apricot, Mint and Lemon Couscous; Pancetta-wrapped Sea Bass with Lemon and Dill Drizzle and Turkey Koftas with a Korma Sauce.
All recipes are subject to seasonal ingredients
