Some sample recipes include, Beetroot Cured Salmon, Apple and Ginger Cranberry Sauce, Glazed Turkey, Pre Brined with Cider; Apple, Sausage, Parsnip & Fresh Sage Stuffing; Roast Sweet Potatoes with Lime Syrup; Brussels Sprouts With Butter (or Cannellini) Beans & Parmesan and Christmas Mince Pie Bombe.
