Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Ballyknocken House and the foothills of Carrick Mountains as you join our foraging expert “Wild Food Mary” as she shows you just how much amazing food our country side has to offer.
You will then return to Ballyknocken Cookery School and enjoy a cookery demonstration using the ingredients you have gathered. This demonstration includes a tasting plate.
