This class includes: Pheasant Breasts with Wild Mushrooms and Parmesan Polenta; Sage Venison Steak with a Creamy Herb and Blackberry Sauce and Mustard Mash; Game Terrine with radish pickle and a Rabbit, Juniper and Pear Pie.
