Some sample recipes to be covered: Dill Chicken with Cashew Nut Rice; Falafel cups with a Mango Salsa; Pork with Dukkah and Beetroot, Leek, Potato with Orange Drizzle; Gremolata Prawn and Cod Fish Skewers with Cannellini Bean Mash and Hazelnut Meringue Layer Cake with Poached Nectarines or Plums and mint.
