The recipes in the class include: Rainbow Sushi Rolls; Thai Chicken with Green Rice; Quinoa Nuggets with Mint Pineapple Salsa and Spice Yoghurt; Asian Style Meatball Skewers with Red Onion Pickle on Roasted Parmesan Almond Cauliflower Florets.
