Here at Ballyknocken House and Cookery School, we are so lucky to have an abundance of fruit growing here through the summer.
Over the years we have developed many beautiful preserve recipes to make use of the excess fruit and berries at Summers End.
In this class our Tutors will show you how to make some really fabulous preserves & will also give you some amazing recipes that showcase your Summer Preserves.
This is a hands on class with light lunch /tasting plate. A full suite of recipes accompany this class.
