In this class, we share some of our inspiring recipes, full of fresh flavours and show you how to create many different and exciting menus with these selection of delicious starters, soup and main courses!
The recipes included are Smoked Salmon, Mango Salad with Honey Dressing; A Goats Cheese and Pancetta Quiche with a Parmesan Pastry; Curried Chicken Noodle Soup; Wicklow Lamb Tagine with Coriander and Toasted Almonds and Asian Beef with Honey Roasted Garlic Peppers and Parsnips.
All recipes are subject to seasonal ingredients
