In time for St Patrick’s Weekend we bring you a celebration of Ireland and Irish Food – Based on Catherine’s hugely popular cook book “A Taste fo Home”, this class reflects all that is amazing about Irish food and artisan ingredients.

This is home cooking with a twist! With attention to cooking and prep skills, we have fun preparing (and eating!)  dishes such as Smoked Salmon Roll Salad; Kale, Cannellini and Potato Soup; Stuffed Date & Hazelnut Pork Fillet with a Pink Peppercorn Sauce; Pan Fried Rainbow Chard with  Blue Cheese and a very difficult to resist: Chocolate Mousse Cake – all inspired by our farm here at Ballyknocken
