Cook, laugh, learn, perfect and savour great food with friends and family. We’ll help design the perfect afternoon or evening having the best fun in our cookery school preparing your delicious three course lunch or dinner from Southern Italian to Easy Entertaining menus to choose from.

Make a great day perfect and stay with us at Ballyknocken, you can exclusively hire our award-winning 19th Century Victorian farmhouse is so special you’ll never want to leave.
We have seven beautiful twin, double and triple en suite bedrooms, most with Victorian roll top baths. Across the courtyard our converted Milking Parlour apartment has three double/twin en suite bedrooms with its own living area.
We can host and plan your special stay with us for up to 21 guests.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Our public classes cannot take into account individuals’ dietary requirements. For private groups, We can amend recipes where possible to suit dietary requirements or food allergies once we have been given enough notice and information.
Can you cater for any group size?
Yes we can welcome group sizes from 6 to 100 in the cookery school Is it possible to just book an activity/accommodation?
Yes. We offer both together or separately. No matter what you have in mind contact us and we will be sure to see what we can do.
