Strawberry Honey Hibiscus Iced Tea

makes 1 litre

200g strawberries, washed and hulled
800ml hibiscus tea
Honey, to sweeten
Ice, to serve
Sprigs of mint, to serve

Prepare the hibiscus tea, add the honey, stir well and allow to cool completely.
Place the prepared strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth then pour through a sieve into a jug.
Pour the strawberry coulis into serving glasses. Add the cold hibiscus tea with plenty of ice and sprigs of mint to serve.
