•  The monetary purchase value of your gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue, thereafter it expires. Prices and taxes for this offering naturally will increase over this time and you simply pay the difference in order to enjoy this experience anytime during the 5 years.
• Bookings can be made online at ballyknocken.ie
• Booking must be made in advance quoting the voucher number, email reservations@ballyknocken.com if you are having difficulty redeeming the voucher online.
• Actual voucher must be presented on arrival.
• Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Valid for new bookings only and all bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellation must be made up to 3 weeks prior to arrival in order to reuse the voucher. In the event that you need to cancel within the three-week period prior to arrival, please feel free to send a friend or relative in your place.

Booking Accommodation

• All bedrooms are strictly non-smoking
• Clients must telephone Ballyknocken if they intend to arrive after 6pm
• Only 1 room available for single occupancy. All other rooms for single occupancy will be charged at double occupancy rates.
• Cancellation policy: 3 weeks prior to arrival for individuals. 1 month for groups i.e. bookings of 3+ bedrooms. Otherwise full charge applies

Cookery Classes

As we have limited space, please note our terms and conditions of booking including our strict cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is three weeks prior to arrival otherwise the gift voucher used or payment made is non-refundable or transferable. In the event that you need to cancel within the three week period prior to arrival, please feel free to send a friend or relative in your place. We reserve the right to cancel and of course all monies will be refunded in that instance.
