Winter Snowflake Cocktail

Ballyknocken letter B

Makes 1 large or 2 small

3 ice cubes
120ml milk,
3 tbsp white chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
1 tsp caramel (more to taste if prefer sweeter cocktail)

A few mini marshmallows
White sprinkles

Decorate the glass by dipping the rim into water and then dipping it into sugar.
Place the ice cubes, milk, chocolate, Irish cream liqueur and caramel into a blender and blend well.
Pour into a prepared glass.
Add the mini marshmallows on top with some sprinkles
Add the straw and enjoy!
